Nipsey Towing runs out of Mukwonago and covers the stretch of Wisconsin between Waukesha County and the Milwaukee lakefront — Big Bend, Eagle, East Troy, Muskego, New Berlin, West Allis and everything in between. It is a small operation on purpose. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.

Questions we get at two in the morning
How fast can you get to me?
It depends where you are and what else is on the board. Around Mukwonago, Big Bend and Eagle we are usually close by; a run out to Milwaukee or Elkhorn takes longer. Call and you will get an honest arrival window instead of a number designed to make you hang up happy.
What does a tow cost?
Pricing is a hook fee to load your vehicle plus a per-mile rate, and it is quoted before a truck rolls. Winch-outs, recoveries and after-hours storage are quoted separately. Ask for the total on the phone and that is what you pay.
Are you actually open at 3 a.m.?
Yes. The phone is answered around the clock, every day of the year, including holidays and the middle of a February snowstorm. Breakdowns do not keep business hours, so neither do we.
Can I ride along in the truck?
Usually yes — there is room in the cab for one passenger on most runs. If you have a full car of people, arrange a second ride so nobody is left standing on a shoulder.
What kinds of vehicles can you tow?
Cars, SUVs, minivans, light pickups, motorcycles and low-clearance exotics. All-wheel drive and no-key vehicles are no problem — we use dollies and go-jaks so nothing drags. Call with the year, make and model and we will confirm before dispatch.
Do you take card, or is it cash only?
Both. Cash, debit and major credit cards are accepted on the roadside, and we can invoice property managers and repeat commercial accounts.
